Using Zavanta as the tool, one of our experienced Coaches will guide your team through a field-tested process for building your knowledgebase and "systemizing" operations.

First, we work with the members of your team including the executive sponsor to understand your strategic goals and expectations. Linking the process to economic performance as soon as possible is key.

Next, we’ll help you define a Pilot Project with a measurable short-term goal and identify key players’ roles and responsibilities. During the Pilot Project phase, your Coach will assist you in creating the Zavanta prototype system required to meet that goal.
